Terms
Terms of use
These terms describe the rules for accessing and using VibeS and the responsibilities of both users and the service operator.
Important: This is a product-ready baseline, not formal legal advice. Final enforceability depends on your legal entity details, country coverage, moderation model, and counsel review.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using VibeS, you agree to these terms and any additional policies referenced on the website or in the app.
2. Eligibility
You must meet the minimum age and legal requirements applicable in your country to use the service. If the operator introduces region-specific age rules, those rules control for those users.
3. User accounts
You are responsible for account credentials, profile accuracy, and activity performed through your account. You must notify the service if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. User content
You are responsible for content you upload, post, comment on, rate, save, or otherwise submit. You must have the rights necessary to share that content and must not post unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or harmful material.
5. Platform rules
You may not impersonate others, scrape the service, reverse engineer protected systems beyond what law allows, abuse moderation or reporting flows, interfere with service availability, or use the service to violate laws or third-party rights.
6. Moderation and enforcement
We may review, remove, restrict, or report content or accounts when necessary to enforce platform rules, comply with law, protect users, or maintain the integrity of the service.
7. Licenses
You retain ownership of your content, but you grant the service a limited license to host, store, process, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and improve VibeS. The service retains ownership of its software, branding, site content, and platform materials except where otherwise stated.
8. Availability and changes
VibeS may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent feature support, or identical functionality across all devices or countries.
9. Third-party services
The platform may rely on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, messaging, infrastructure, or analytics. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy practices.
10. Disclaimers
Except where prohibited by law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data loss, or business interruption arising from use of the service.
12. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if necessary to protect users, enforce rules, comply with legal obligations, or respond to abuse or fraud.
13. Governing law and disputes
The governing law, venue, consumer-rights carveouts, and dispute process must be completed here based on the actual operator entity and countries served before final public launch.
